REPLACEMENT/ RETURN POLICY
IF AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND/OR WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT/S, IF ANY DEFECT IS FOUND, THEN THE BUYER OF THE PRODUCT/S CAN ASK FOR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT/S SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
· NOTIFY US OF ANY DEFECT IN THE PRODUCT RECEIVED BY YOU WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE PARCEL AND WE SHALL REPLACE THE ITEM (S) IN RETURN OF THE DEFECTIVE ITEM(S).
· REPLACEMENT CAN BE FOR THE ENTIRE DEFECTIVE PIECE OR IN PART OF THE PRODUCT, SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF THE SAME MODEL /SIZE /PATTERN.
1. Due to the intimate nature and hygienic principles of all products, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns.
2. Gift cards are non-returnable.
3. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
4. Offer zone goods once sold will not be taking back.
